Practice
for Rolfing, ScarWork and naturopathy
Everyone should be able to choose from the wide range of health-related services to find the one that suits them best.
The combination of Rolfing, ScarWork and naturopathy (homeopathy, phytotherapy, intestinal health) offers effective, low side effects and favorable complementary and alternative treatments.
This is a clever, cost-saving approach to expanding your medical options,
- to handle the “day-to-day business” of healthcare gently and effectively,
- to be able to do without strong measures for as long as possible,
- to be able to live smoothly and upright,
- to avoid or reduce side effects and damage from illnesses/accidents.
Even if you can’t promise anything, something is always possible – and usually more than you think.
In the area of cancer therapy, I offer accompanying naturopathic support in connection with and preferably in cooperation with a corresponding conventional medical therapy.

Scar work
Scars leave traces on and in our bodies. They usually accompany us throughout our lives and remind us of accidents, operations and injuries. Scars can be a cosmetic and psychological problem, but they can also lead to functional impairments. This also leads to restrictions in movement and discomfort. People often do not realize that the structural limitations they perceive in their body are caused by a scar. Even a small, inconspicuous scar resulting from a minimally invasive procedure can lead to significant changes in freedom of movement.
Hardly anyone knows about the possibility of reintegrating deep scar tissue into the fascial network through gentle, painless manual work. The cosmetic effect is pleasing and the functional change is considerable.
As a rule, the scar tissue reacts immediately and the condition of the scar improves after only a short time. This process is progressive and the improvement is permanent. Retractions, lumps, bulges. Hardenings, adhesions and pulls in the
tissue of a scar merge with the 3-dimensional fascial network.

Homeopathy
I practise miasmatic homeopathy. This is homeopathy that takes into account the patient’s medical history and symptoms as well as their family health heritage.
Homeopathy offers well-tolerated treatment options when other approaches have “white spots” or simply no offer (e.g. what to do in case of soreness or when a cateter itches and burns but has to stay). This is why homeopathy is indispensable for me – despite the high demands on the practitioner and on the practitioner/patient communication in order for it to be effective.
About the treatment method:
For homeopathic treatment and finding the right remedy, the family medical history (i.e. the miasmatic background) and your own medical history are essential. I therefore ask you to find out about the illnesses of your parents and grandparents, as well as those of your own siblings and the siblings of your parents (as far as possible) by the agreed appointment.
A chronological list of the illnesses, operations and, above all, vaccinations you have undergone to date is also very important for my work. Please download the family history sheet for this purpose.
Please bring your vaccination record with you. If you are pregnant, please bring your maternity record with you.
If you have children, please also bring your vaccination record and the medical check-up booklet.
Please make a note of your current symptoms, as this will make it easier to describe them. This description is an essential and necessary part of the work of classical homeopathy in order to find the right remedy for you.
About the fee agreement:
The amount of remuneration is based on the GebüH (fee schedule for alternative practitioners), with reference to the homeopathic numbers of the GOÄ (fee schedule for doctors).
However, a certain co-payment cannot be avoided, even for privately insured persons and those entitled to benefits. As you are responsible for the reimbursement by your private health insurance, please enquire about the rates you will be reimbursed before starting treatment.

Phytotherapy/Herbology
I practise traditional, mainly European phytotherapy/herbalism, as it has been practised and developed in our country for centuries.
I am always impressed by the bioavailability, effectiveness and tolerability of phytotherapy – as well as the amount of knowledge that has been forgotten in the face of artificially produced medicines.
In addition to the actual treatment, I am interested in my patients expanding their ability to help themselves if they so wish.
Note: There are no separate billing codes for this form of therapy in the fee schedule for alternative practitioners. It is carried out as a result of an examination according to point 1 and a consultation according to point 4 or 5 in the form of a medicinal therapy, i.e. the prescription of certain plants.
Gut health
Taking care of the intestinal flora (the individual microbiome) and the mucous membranes has a direct effect on the resilience and stability of physical (and mental) health.
Accordingly, the restoration of intestinal health after illnesses and drug treatments such as antibiotics, chemotherapy, etc. is of great importance.
